Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Drain the mandarins in a colander, collecting the juice. Cut ham into strips.
For the sauce, mix the cream cheese with the cream and 4 tablespoons of the collected mandarin juice. Season with vinegar, salt, a little sugar and pepper. Stir in the herbs. Finally mix the salad with the sauce and serve fresh.
Note: If it is prepared too long in advance, it will become soggy - so it is better to prepare it shortly before consumption.
