Ingredients
- 600 g Chinese cabbae
- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 100 g cream cheese with herbs
- 4 tablespoon whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped (also frozen)

- Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Drain the mandarins in a colander, collecting the juice. Cut ham into strips.
- For the sauce, mix the cream cheese with the cream and 4 tablespoons of the collected mandarin juice. Season with vinegar, salt, a little sugar and pepper. Stir in the herbs. Finally mix the salad with the sauce and serve fresh.
- Note: If it is prepared too long in advance, it will become soggy - so it is better to prepare it shortly before consumption.
