- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 head Chinese cabbage

- Cut the onion into small cubes. Mix well with salt, sugar, mustard, pepper and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Beat the vinegar and oil for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Mix both liquids together and pour over the chopped Chinese cabbage.
