Instructions

1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Mix well with salt, sugar, mustard, pepper and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Beat the vinegar and oil for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Mix both liquids together and pour over the chopped Chinese cabbage.
