Cabbage Salad with Dressing

One of the easiest and quickest salads I make at home is cabbage with carrots. You just shred vegetables, combine and season. An excellent addition to the main course. Check out this recipe!

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- White cabbage – 1 Piece
- Carrots – 1-2 Pieces
- Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
- Mayonnaise – 30-50 grams
- Honey – 1.5 Art. spoons
- Vinegar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Celery Seeds – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Dry mustard – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Ground black pepper – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt – 0.25 Teaspoons
Directions
- To begin with, finely chop the cabbage, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Transfer the vegetables to a salad bowl.
- Refuel. Toss mayonnaise with honey, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, celery seeds, mustard and pepper. Shake everything well.
- Add dressing to vegetables. Stir the salad.
