Clean, wash and dry the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Beat the lemon juice with honey, salt, cayenne pepper and 3 tablespoons of oil.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Roast the pumpkin seeds in it over a gentle heat for about 3 minutes. Stir again and again.
Mix the Chinese cabbage, grapes and salad dressing together and serve sprinkled with the pumpkin seeds.
