Ingredients
- 350 g Chinese cabbae
- 300 g rapes, reen, seedless
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, fresher
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

- Clean, wash and dry the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Beat the lemon juice with honey, salt, cayenne pepper and 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Roast the pumpkin seeds in it over a gentle heat for about 3 minutes. Stir again and again.
- Mix the Chinese cabbage, grapes and salad dressing together and serve sprinkled with the pumpkin seeds.
