Drain the mandarins, collect approx. 140 ml of the juice. Cut the mandarins into small pieces, possibly reserve some mandarins for garnish.
Mix the tangerine juice, whipped cream and liquid sweetener into a salad dressing, add the tangerine pieces and let the sauce soak in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours. Possibly add a splash of lemon juice.
Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into 1 cm wide strips, drain well. Mix the Chinese cabbage with the mandarin salad just before serving.
If 300 ml of cream is too much for you, you can prepare the salad dressing mixed with cream and milk. But milk has more carbohydrates!
