Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, cut the apples into small cubes. Fillet 2 of the oranges and then cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lemons and 1 orange. Mix the juice with the oil, place in a glass bowl and season with salt and pepper. If you like it a bit more sour, you can stir in a little red wine vinegar. Mix the prepared ingredients well and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
