Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage, wash and drain well. Peel the pear and cut into small pieces.
  2. Briefly toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
  3. In the meantime, combine yoghurt, pepper, salt, orange juice and a little balsamic vinegar in a salad bowl to make a dressing. Add the Chinese cabbage, the pear pieces and the pine nuts.
  4. A baked ciabatta tastes very good with it.
