Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat the oil and fry the onion in it. Put the onion cubes in a bowl. Finely chop the thyme. Mix with the onion cubes. Finely grate the sheep`s cheese and mix in. Stir in the sour cream.
Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Mix the lettuce strips into the dressing. Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
