Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Now fry the minced meat in a large saucepan, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Now add all of the Chinese cabbage, under no circumstances add liquid, the Chinese cabbage gives off a lot of water! Mix the Chinese cabbage with the minced meat. Cook with the lid closed on medium heat until the Chinese cabbage has collapsed and is soft.
  3. Now season with soy sauce to your taste, I especially like it when it tastes strongly of soy sauce. If there is still a lot of liquid in the pot, thicken it with a sauce thickener.
  4. Basmati or jasmine rice goes very well with this recipe, as they give the recipe a special touch due to the strong taste of its own.
