Prepare rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Drizzle the minced meat with the soy sauce and let it steep for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the carrots into thin sticks and the spring onions and cut into rings. Then wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Strain the bean sprouts as well as the bamboo shoots in a sieve and briefly rinse with cold water and set aside with the other vegetables.
Fry the minced meat in a wok until crumbly and then remove it. Fry the vegetables in the remaining fat until they are slightly soft. Now add the minced meat again and season with salt, pepper and the chili. Let simmer again for a few minutes.
Now add the chili sauce and stir everything vigorously. Finished.
