Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
  2. Thinly slice the leek, dice the peppers and add to the spaghetti. Make a stock from the Chinese spice, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little fondor and pour over the salad, preferably when the noodles are still warm, and mix well. Let it steep for an hour and season again to taste.
