- 500 g spahetti
- 1 leek
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon spice mixture (Chinese spice)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Boil the spaghetti in salted water.
- Thinly slice the leek, dice the peppers and add to the spaghetti. Make a stock from the Chinese spice, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little fondor and pour over the salad, preferably when the noodles are still warm, and mix well. Let it steep for an hour and season again to taste.
