Cook rice according to package instructions and in the desired amount.
Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Cut the onion, chop the garlic. Cut the vegetables of your choice into bite-sized pieces.
Sear the chicken in a pan with oil. Add onion and garlic and fry in the same way. Add the vegetables and fry them too. Deglaze with soy sauce, add water and season with sweet chili sauce. If necessary, add a little more soy sauce.
