Instructions

  1. Cut turkey escalope into strips, dice bell pepper, carrots and courgette, cut leek, spring onions and mushrooms into slices.
  2. Fry the sliced turkey in a little oil, then gradually add the vegetables. Deglaze with vegetable stock and cook gently for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt, pepper, curry and Chinese spice mixture.
  4. Serve with basmati rice!
