Cut the chives into fine rolls. Peel the horseradish with the peeler and grate finely on a grater. Peel the garlic clove.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix together the chives, horseradish, pressed garlic clove, pepper, salt, chili sauce and a little lemon juice. If it is too thick, add a small dash of milk.
Cover and chill for half an hour and, depending on taste, add a little more seasoning before serving.
