Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Cut the egg white into small cubes.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the cream. Add oil, vinegar, pepper and salt and mix until there are no more pieces of egg yolk. I like to use the wand for that. Then add the egg white.
  3. Cut the chives with the scissors in a sieve as small as possible and then wash in the sieve and drain well.
  4. Finally mix the chives with the egg sauce and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Possibly add seasoning.
  5. Fried potatoes taste good with it.
