Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop the chives.
  2. Mix the quark well with the mustard, chives and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the bread with it and serve garnished with a little chives.
  4. Variation: use mixed herbs, but then be careful with the mustard. A little garlic also tastes good in it.
