- Season with the sea salt and a little pepper.
- Wash the chives, shake well, cut into rolls and stir into the quark.
- If necessary, season again with a little herbal salt and pepper.
- The dip tastes very good with jacket potatoes, vegetarian patties or raw vegetables such as peppers, kohlrabi, carrots or radishes.
