Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark with the yoghurt and linseed oil until smooth.
  2. Season with the sea salt and a little pepper.
  3. Wash the chives, shake well, cut into rolls and stir into the quark.
  4. If necessary, season again with a little herbal salt and pepper.
  5. The dip tastes very good with jacket potatoes, vegetarian patties or raw vegetables such as peppers, kohlrabi, carrots or radishes.
