Knead all ingredients into a dough. Wrap in foil or put in a freezer bag and refrigerate for an hour.
Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick and cut out figures. Put these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 175 degrees for about 6-8 minutes.

You can also shape the dough into rolls, then cool and then cut slices from the rolls.
