Scald the orange while hot, grate finely. Chop the chocolate with a wide knife. Put the ingredients in a bowl and top with the butter in flakes. Mix with the dough hook. Then shape the dough into a mass and place in aluminum foil. Put these in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Shape the dough into croissants and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake croissants for 17-20 minutes.
