Peel and quarter the apples and cut out the core. Cut larger apples into eighths.
Beat the margarine, eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder and add. Cream / sour cream added and stir to a smooth dough (it shouldn`t be too firm).
Spread the dough on the greased tray. Spread the apples evenly on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes (depending on the oven - please test the chopsticks)
Instead of apples, you can also use peaches, nectarines, apricots or fresh, pitted cherries.
