- Mash the banana well in a soup plate. Mix the oat flakes, almonds and seeds as well as the cocoa powder with the banana puree and stir in the milk.
- Let it soak as you like.
- The oatmeal can, for example, also be prepared with almond milk, coconut milk, nuts or desiccated coconut - depending on your taste.
- It is very filling, is a good start to the day or for in between.
- Personally, I usually leave it to soak in a can in the refrigerator overnight and have it as breakfast.
