Instructions

  1. Mash the banana well in a soup plate. Mix the oat flakes, almonds and seeds as well as the cocoa powder with the banana puree and stir in the milk.
  2. Let it soak as you like.
  3. The oatmeal can, for example, also be prepared with almond milk, coconut milk, nuts or desiccated coconut - depending on your taste.
  4. It is very filling, is a good start to the day or for in between.
  5. Personally, I usually leave it to soak in a can in the refrigerator overnight and have it as breakfast.
