Break the cooking chocolate into pieces. Melt carefully in the microwave (if only small pieces are solid, stir until they dissolve). Cut the banana into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices and place on a plate.
Use a small spoon to spread small chocolate piles on the banana, place 1 - 3 flaked almonds on top and decorate the plate with dots of spray cream. Serve immediately, the chocolate should still be warm!
