Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a cup cake pan or ring form. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Let the cake rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
Turn them out onto a wire rack to cool down. Depending on your wishes, it can be coated with couverture or you can add morello cherries to the dough, which makes it even juicier!
