  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 170 ml water
  • 2 egg (s)
  • possibly couverture
  • possibly morello cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a cup cake pan or ring form. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Let the cake rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn them out onto a wire rack to cool down. Depending on your wishes, it can be coated with couverture or you can add morello cherries to the dough, which makes it even juicier!
