Instructions

  1. Whip the cream. Melt the nougat and couverture in a water bath. Add the chocolate sprinkles to the cream, add the melted nougat / chocolate mixture, fold in (everything works fine in the food processor!). If there are no children, add the alcohol too. Fill into portion glasses and refrigerate until ready to use.
