Finely grate the chocolate. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.
Knead the minced meat with rice, bacon, chocolate, mustard and egg and season with salt and chilli. Heat olive oil in a pan. Shape the meat dough into balls or patties and fry them in the oil until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve as a main course with a side dish and salad or offer it cold on a buffet.
