- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 125 g rice, (lon rain rice)
- 25 g chocolate, dark
- Chilli flakes
- 80 g bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
- 1 egg (s)
- salt
- olive oil

- Finely grate the chocolate. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Cook the rice in salted water until al dente.
- Knead the minced meat with rice, bacon, chocolate, mustard and egg and season with salt and chilli. Heat olive oil in a pan. Shape the meat dough into balls or patties and fry them in the oil until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
- Serve as a main course with a side dish and salad or offer it cold on a buffet.
