Ingredients

  • 10 slices puff pastry, square (frozen product)
  • 600 g minced pork
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste, (e.g. Sambal Oelek)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, (acacia honey)
  • a bit salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, black
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, light brown, lightly brown in the pan

Instructions

  1. Lay out sheets of puff pastry on baking paper and allow to thaw.
  2. Mix the minced pork with the chopped chilli pepper, chilli paste and honey. Season to taste with salt.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into 10 small rolls and place one roll each on a sheet of puff pastry, roll up the sheets to about 2 cm.
  4. Beat the egg with the milk. Brush the excess dough with the egg mixture and roll it up completely. Brush the outside of the roll with the egg milk. Mix the sesame seeds together and sprinkle them on the rolls.
  5. Cut each roll into 4 pieces, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
