Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon, leveled cream, (cooking cream 5%)
- 1 cup water
- 3 dashes sweetener, liquid or more
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, natural
- 4 stalks mint, (strawberry mint or other)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli, crushed

- Mix the low-fat quark with the water and continue to stir the cocoa powder with the liquid sweetener. I used the wand.
- Pluck the leaves off the mint stalks, cut them very finely and stir in the chilli meat as well.
- Finally, whisk everything through vigorously with the magic wand.
- Now let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour and then enjoy (what feels like 0 calories).
