- 400 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh, slit lengthways
- 60 g dark chocolate, chopped

- Bring the milk to the boil briefly in a saucepan with the chilli pepper, remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate until it has melted. Then pour through a hair sieve and sweeten to taste.
