- 150 g block chocolate, bitter
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 25 g coffee powder
- 500 ml boiling water
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- 125 ml heavy cream, whipped until stiff
- some cocoa powder for dusting

- Heat the chocolate, cut into pieces, with milk and salt in a saucepan and dissolve in it while stirring.
- Prepare the coffee in a coffee machine or filtered by hand, mix with the hot drinking chocolate and sherry, pour into cups, put a cherry on top and dust with cocoa.
