Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • salt
  • ml 1,000 meat stock
  • 75 g bacon
  • 4 tablespoon onion (s), diced
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • marjoram
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and cook in salted water for approx. 20 minutes. Drain the stock and use the whisk to stir the potatoes until they are smooth. Dilute with the meat stock.
  2. Cut the bacon into small strips. Roast with the onion cubes until crispy and mix into the soup. Season to taste with the soy sauce, marjoram and pepper.
