Instructions

  1. First bake the fudge brownies (note: not shown in the video). Here you can go back to your favorite fudge brownie recipe or use the recipe from my profile.
  2. Cookie Dough:
  3. Mix the butter with the two types of sugar in a bowl until creamy and then add the milk, the vanilla flavor and salt. Gradually stir the flour into the butter mixture. Mix in the chocolate drops and knead everything well.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 portions, which will be shaped into balls. The Cookie Dough balls e.g., place on a baking sheet with baking paper and place in the freezer for an hour.
  5. Brownie Balls:
  6. Cut the brownie dough into approx. 4 cm squares, press them flat with your hands and use them to cover a cookie dough ball.
  7. Return the Cookie Dough Brownie balls to the freezer for 30 minutes.
  8. Finally, melt the couverture, cover the balls with it and let them dry on the baking paper.
  9. Let the finished balls cool to room temperature first and then store them in the refrigerator.
