Ingredients
- 10 piece (s) cake, (fudge brownies)
- 50 g butter, room temperature
- 15 g suar
- 45 g suar, brown
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 0.33 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 75 g flour
- 40 g chocolate chips (chocolate drops, dark)
- 150 g dark chocolate couverture

- First bake the fudge brownies (note: not shown in the video). Here you can go back to your favorite fudge brownie recipe or use the recipe from my profile.
- Cookie Dough:
- Mix the butter with the two types of sugar in a bowl until creamy and then add the milk, the vanilla flavor and salt. Gradually stir the flour into the butter mixture. Mix in the chocolate drops and knead everything well.
- Divide the dough into 10 portions, which will be shaped into balls. The Cookie Dough balls e.g., place on a baking sheet with baking paper and place in the freezer for an hour.
- Brownie Balls:
- Cut the brownie dough into approx. 4 cm squares, press them flat with your hands and use them to cover a cookie dough ball.
- Return the Cookie Dough Brownie balls to the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Finally, melt the couverture, cover the balls with it and let them dry on the baking paper.
- Let the finished balls cool to room temperature first and then store them in the refrigerator.
