Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies

In this recipe you will learn how to make delicious chocolate chip cookies, very aromatic and sweet cookies that can be safely called one of the best treats for a cup of tea or coffee.

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- Flour – 140 Grams
- Butter – 90 Grams
- Sugar – 100 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar – 10 Grams
- Corn starch – 10 grams
- Soda – 1 Gram
- Baking powder – 4 Grams
- Salt – 1.5 Grams
- Black chocolate – 100 grams (from 70% cocoa)
- Chicken egg – 1 Piece
Directions
- Combine sifted flour with starch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut dark chocolate into small pieces. Grind very soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar for 1-2 minutes.
- Add an egg at room temperature and blend into a homogeneous paste. Combine with flour mixture and a spatula to knead the dough.
- Finally add the chocolate and stir thoroughly with a spatula to distribute the pieces evenly.
- Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Using an ice cream scoop, shape the cookies and place them well apart on baking paper. Send the cookies to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool the finished cookies on the wire rack.
