Mix the ingredients in the order shown. If you feel like you have way too much flour, this is the place for you. When the butter is soft enough, everything can be mixed in. Instead of chocolate chips you can just use chocolate chips, but the drops just look better.
Spread 9 dough balls in rows of three on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. The balls are still in the form of cookies, so you get the typical American giant biscuits.
Bake only one tray on the middle rack at 150 ° C top and bottom heat (convection not recommended) for about 15 minutes, probably a little longer.
The cookies are then still quite pale, but that has to be the case, otherwise they would not stay soft.
Maybe just press a little on top of a biscuit with a fork, if the surface gives slightly but does not tear, they are good.
Let the cookies cool down well so they don`t crumble.
