- 300 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter, soft
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g chocolate, white
- 1 dash milk (50 ml)

- Mix the flour with the baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate. Add a dash of milk and use a mixer (stirring sticks) to mix everything into a smooth dough. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it last.
- With the help of 2 teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps on the baking sheet with enough space (about 4 cm) (the cookies melt when baking). Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
- Use the baking paper to pull the biscuits off the baking tray and let them cool on a wire rack.
