Brownie Chocolate Chip Cookies

Brownie chocolate biscuits are aromatic, soft and pretty. Moderately sweet, with a rich chocolate flavor, it goes well with tea, coffee, milk.

Ingredients
- Butter – 60 Grams
- Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour – 1 Glass
- Powdered sugar – 0.5 cups
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients for making the cookie.
- Break eggs into a bowl.
- Add sugar to the eggs.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy white foam.
- Add soft butter and stir.
- Add baking powder.
- Sift cocoa and pour into a bowl of dough.
- Add the sifted flour gradually.
- Stir the dough until smooth. It should not be liquid, but also not very thick. Send the dough in the cold for at least two hours, or overnight.
- Pour the icing sugar into a plate. Form the dough into small balls and place in the powdered sugar.
- Dip the dough balls in the powdered sugar and place in a baking dish.
- Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- The Brownie chocolate chip cookie is ready. Can be served with tea.
