  • Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour – 1 Glass
  • Powdered sugar – 0.5 cups

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making the cookie.

  2. Break eggs into a bowl.
  3. Add sugar to the eggs.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy white foam.
  5. Add soft butter and stir.
  6. Add baking powder.
  7. Sift cocoa and pour into a bowl of dough.
  8. Add the sifted flour gradually.
  9. Stir the dough until smooth. It should not be liquid, but also not very thick. Send the dough in the cold for at least two hours, or overnight.
  10. Pour the icing sugar into a plate. Form the dough into small balls and place in the powdered sugar.
  11. Dip the dough balls in the powdered sugar and place in a baking dish.
  12. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
