Ingredients

  • 115 g butter
  • 115 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Bottle / s butter-vanilla flavor
  • 150 grams flour
  • 80 g oatmeal, tender
  • 115 g chocolate, bitter, chopped
  • 115 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add egg and vanilla flavor, add flour and baking powder. Stir in the oatmeal and chocolate.
  2. Put a little pile on the baking sheet with a teaspoon.
  3. Don`t flatten them because the biscuits expand by themselves - so keep a little distance.
  4. Bake at 190 ° C in a preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
  5. Variation: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or gingerbread spice.
