Double Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

For the topping:

1 cup cream
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 packet vanilla sugar
possibly grated chocolate

Instructions

Melt the margarine and stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the eggs and stir vigorously again. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it too. At the end stir in a dash of milk so that the dough is creamier and no lumps form. For the taste and color, add the cocoa and chocolate to the batter and fill the batter into 12 muffin cups. Then bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 20 minutes and then let them cool down.
When the muffins are cold, whip the cream until stiff and fold in the cocoa and sugar. Pour the cream into a garnish syringe and distribute it on the cupcakes. Put these in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool and decorate with chocolate shavings if necessary.
