  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with the sugar until frothy. Scrape out the vanilla pod, stir in the pulp. Gradually pour in the flour and soy rice drink.
  2. Cut the block chocolate into small pieces and knead into the dough. Then roll out the dough and cut out cookies.
  3. Bake for approx. 15 min at 160 ° C fan oven.
