Chocolate-Coated Cookies

The chocolate-coated biscuits are delicious. That is why pamper your family and do it for them. It is best to serve ready-made biscuits with hot drinks.

Ingredients
- Butter – 120 Grams
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Soda – 1 Pinch
- Flour – 250-300 Grams
- Sugar – 5 Tbsp. spoons (2 tablespoons – in the dough, the rest – in the filling)
- Cocoa – 2-3 Art. spoons
- Water – 40 Milliliters
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar and butter.
- Mix everything very well. Add flour and baking soda.
- Knead the dough.
- Roll it out with sausage and cut into pieces. Press down a little with your hand.
- Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet.
- Send it to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Combine the remaining sugar and cocoa.

Pour in water. Stir.
- Melt the chocolate mass over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Grease each cookie with chocolate icing on top.
- The chocolate iced cookies are ready!
