Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking soda
  • 230 g wheat flour
  • 250 g chocolate, whole milk, rouhly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar and salt vigorously with the hand mixer. Now add the egg, flour and baking powder and stir in well until a firm dough is formed. Fold in the chocolate and keep 4 tablespoon.
  3. Shape the dough into balls about 3 cm in diameter with two teaspoons and spread on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Please make sure there is enough space between the dough balls, as the biscuits will be very large. Now sprinkle the balls with the remaining chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes (the cookies should stay light) and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet (they are still very soft when warm). It is best to serve it well cooled and fresh.
