Ingredients

  • 225 g butter, soft
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 200 g condensed milk, sweetened (milkmaid)
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) baking soda
  • 100 g chocolate, white, rouhly chopped
  • 100 g macadamia nuts, salted, rouhly chopped
  • 50 g candy (s), (caramel candy), soft, rouhly chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the nuts, chocolate and caramel candy pieces in a bowl and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the butter with the sugar with the mixer until frothy. Then stir in the condensed milk, then flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Place well teaspoon-sized portions of the dough on the baking sheet with enough space between them. Sprinkle a few chunks of the nut-chocolate-candy mixture on each biscuit and press down a little.
  4. Put the trays in the oven and bake the biscuits until light brown for 12 to 14 minutes - no longer! Then the cookies will be hard and will not stay crispy on the outside - soft on the inside.
  5. Let the biscuits cool on a wire rack.
