Ingredients

  • 220 g wheat flour
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 120 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • some powdered sugar to dust

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until you get a nice, smooth dough.
  2. Then place small heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between the piles.
  3. Bake at top / bottom heat of 200 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Dust the baked goods with powdered sugar immediately.
  5. This is a recipe from my late grandmother and it is absolutely delicious!
