Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, (bourbon)
- 160 g suar
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 100 g chocolate, rouhly chopped, vean
- 100 g mararine, vean
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Mix the flour with baking powder, baking soda, sugar and vanilla sugar. Melt the margarine and add to the flour mixture together with the soy milk and stir roughly.
- Stir in the chopped chocolate and quickly pour into prepared muffin cups, taking care not to fill them up completely.
- Bake for about 25 minutes.
